We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, please contact us at: email@example.com with proof of purchase to obtain an RMA and return instructions. No return will be accepted without an RMA. Without receiving an RMA and instruction Please do not mail any product as your package will be denied. The condition of the items being returned must be in new condition and un-opened box.
After obtaining an RMA, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns and refunds if approved are only issued in the form of the original payment only if the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken but the item is in new condition, which means unused product, there will be a %25 restocking fee. If approved, the return shipping cost is also the customer’s responsibility. Any consumable product sales are final and consumable products such as resins, FEP films and other consumables are not returnable and refundable. If we receive a returned package on your order due to import regulations of your country, we will not offer any refunds for your order. Please ensure to check your local government’s regulations before placing an order with us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you suspect there are damages and/or defects, do not use the printer. First, ensure there are no damages before starting to use the printer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable products such as Resins, FEP films, and other consumables. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are also non-returnable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be sent to you in the form of store credit redeemable at Astrofab.com only.
