Shipping policy

Upon placing and completing an order, in most cases, In stock products will ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse located in California, USA. The shipping method and delivery speed will be based on your chosen method and the delivery company. Currently we offer to ship through UPS, DHL, Fedex and USPS. If there is a free shipping offer, we retain the right to choose any carrier as we see fit. 

If you are outside of the United States, there may be VATs, import taxes, and/or other fees applicable at the customs of your country and per your regional laws. We are not responsible for such charges and they are payable by the customer only. You are obliged to confirm whether the purchased products are permitted to be imported to your country under the relevant import laws and regulations .Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

 

Shipping costs are non refundable and if there is a refund approved for your return, whether in the form of original payment or store credit, will not include original shipping costs.
